Definitely. you can choose the local pickup option at checkout and collect your items directly from our Markham warehouse.

Many of our models have custom upholstery,metal or base finish options. if you don’t see the specific combo you want on the site, contact us to see if we can do a custom order for you.

Yes, we offer Canada-wide shipping. The deliver rate depends on your location and the number of items in your oder. Contact us for a custom shipping quote based on your needs.

We accept cash, e-transfer and credit card for your convenience.

• Online Orders (If you haven't visited our showroom):

 You can return or exchange your items within 7 days of delivery. The items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Showroom Purchases: 

If you visited our showroom and saw the products in person before buying, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on these orders since you had the chance to inspect the quality, size, and color before purchasing.

• Custom Orders:

Because custom orders are tailored specifically to your brand’s unique style, color, and finish requirements, they are considered Final Sale. These bespoke items cannot be restocked or resold, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been processed.

We offer a 1-year warranty on all electrical parts and a 5-year warranty on chair hydraulics. Please note that this coverage excludes physical damage and general wear and tear. If your order arrives with a factory defect, we will be fully responsible for it
