We are proud to offer Canada-wide shipping to salon owners and beauty professionals from coast to coast. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. For large furniture items and workstations, please allow additional handling time to ensure your order is securely packed for transit. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its arrival.

• Online Orders (If you haven't visited our showroom): You can return or exchange your items within 7 days of delivery. The items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Showroom Purchases: If you visited our showroom and saw the products in person before buying, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on these orders since you had the chance to inspect the quality, size, and color before purchasing.
• Custom Orders: Because custom orders are tailored specifically to your brand’s unique style, color, and finish requirements, they are considered Final Sale. These bespoke items cannot be restocked or resold, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been processed.
